    Fintech operator with a decade of marketing and finance experience at high-growth SaaS companies including Pingboard, ShipStation, ShipperHQ, and TurnKey Lender. Adam sets Revlend’s product vision, fundraising strategy, and go-to-market execution.

    He has built cross-functional teams, scaled revenue funnels from zero to seven figures, and keeps customer empathy central to every decision. Adam holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a BSBA in Finance from UCF. He's a girl dad, advid global traveler, and a pup-pup lover.

    COO

    Seasoned operations leader with 12 years and 250+ low-voltage projects under his belt, Bob now orchestrates Revlend’s day-to-day execution.

    He aligns product, partner relations, marketing, and customer success so our platform scales smoothly. Off hours, you’ll find him perfecting backyard barbecue or traveling the world.

    Nathan Jones

    Co-founder, Startegy & Growth

    Growth strategist with two decades in e-commerce logistics, best known for scaling ShipStation into the category leader and guiding its acquisition by Stamps.com. He later oversaw the parent company’s global shipping portfolio.

    Nathan now applies that scale-up expertise to Revlend—refining distribution, strengthening partnerships, and instilling operational rigor. Earlier he founded Academic Superstore. A University of Texas graduate, he recharges by mentoring founders and rigirous strength training.

    Head of Sales

    Sales leader with experience across B2B, M&A advisory, and healthcare. At Revlend, Jessica pairs consultative selling with process rigor to build predictable pipeline, deepen partnerships, and guide multi‑party implementations for residential contractors. Known for clear communication and disciplined follow‑through, she consistently turns customer pain points into adoption.

    Previously a Director at Benchmark International, she led deal origination. Earlier, at South Texas Dermatopathology, she exceeded quota, and at Konica Minolta she earned President’s Club . Jessica holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M–Corpus Christi, where she helped start the Zeta Tau Alpha chapter. Outside work, she loves exotic beaches, live music, and weekend hikes with friends.

A Capital Factory mentor and perennial startup confidant, he still carves out weekends for Hill Country adventures with his wife and kids.
